Hey,

this tool is great and works much better easier than many other pay programms. Do you know when you update it with Genesis Map? Or did i have an option to manualy set the map?

Great work.. thx for that

Hey there! Thank you for the kind words ^^

If you enable beta updates in the manager, you can get the latest version of the manager which has the Gen1 map ID baked into it.

However, you want to stay on stable patches only, you can add Gen1 map ID via File > Settings > Server Maps - then add it as a custom map, when you update the manager with the Gen1 map ID baked into it, it will auto migrate it to the official map list ^^

Any issues, feel free to reach out to me!

Hello! I'm currently testing your Manager and I love it. Everything is simple and well-presented. Great job! I have a question about backups. When I press the "Create Backup" button and then restore that backup, my character isn't where they were when the backup was made. I notice the same thing with automatic backups, there is always a slight rollback. For the "Create Backup" button, do I need to run a "SaveWorld" command via RCON first?

Thank you, im glad you're enjoying it (sorry for the delay in getting back to you) ^^

Right now at the moment, backups copy whatever ARK last saved to disk and ARK only autosaves every X minutes (whatever you may have it set to). That's probably why you may experience a small roll back if you restore?

For now, yes: run SaveWorld over RCON first (there's a "Save World" preset in the RCON console), give it a few seconds to finish writing, then press Create Backup.

This does give me the idea that with a manual create back up, i could have a dialog box open asking if you want to run a saveworld before it executes 🤔

I think it would be a great idea to perform a "Save World" along with the manual backup!

As for the advisability of running a "Save World" before an automatic backup, I wonder if that might unnecessarily overload the server? Perhaps this could be an option for automatic backups? What do you think?

The backups also include the .arkrbf files. Would it be complicated to exclude these files from the backup?
