- Fixes for crashes due to ark update
- Fixed some instances where bases in PvE servers would not get damaged (shouldnt need to have bases below team 50000 anymore)
- Fixed Ark's native ORP affecting auto bases
- Fixed some instances where bases would not broadcast event destroyed when there were no structures left

- Fixed underwater vacuums not saving porthole status
- Fixed a couple crashes when creating or spawning a template
- Optimized when templates get re-loaded so it does it less times (example: when a new template is created just load that one instead of all the others as well)
- Fixed cryopods being broken (non deployable) when creating a new template in the recent versions
- Also fixed respawning cryopods back when a base spawned. The handling that differentiated cryopods from other items is now gone and it doesn't need to differentiate them anymore, any custom item data will be saved.
- Minor internal adjustments
- Some templates might have cryopods empty/non deployable in recent versions, best is to recreate such templates in order to pick up the new template fields so they are perfect again
