Fast Rejoin - Rejoin immediately after crashes/disconnects

Fast Rejoin
When a player joins a server with an account that is already connected, the existing connection will be kicked. This allows players to rejoin servers immediately after a client crash or disconnect without receiving a "There is already a player with this account connected!" error.

Do players still get "There is already a player with this account connected!" or similar errors when connecting in ASA? I thought that was just an ASE problem. I really only played/hosted ASA for a few weeks at launch, so I'm less familiar with the issues players & admins have there compared to ASE.
