修复项 / 修复错误

1. 修复 RCON 获取玩家档案失效问题 修复了 RCON 未能检索玩家档案的问题。

3. 修复关服时其他服跟着亮红灯的 BUGFix，导致其他服务器在关闭一个服务器时会显示红灯。
