The plugin stores tribe data in MariaDB or MySQL so it can sync across maps, so it needs three things: a MariaDB or MySQL instance running, libmariadb.dll present if using Mariadb, and a config.json with your DbUser, DbPassword and DbName filled in

you need to fill in the config with your database info
