Free SR's Enhanced Spawner 1.9

Made commands Helicoprion-compatible, now they automatically add a text saying "Enhanced Spawner" as a crafter if they're not a blueprint.

Added new commands:
ES.FixOldItems (RCON) - Loops through all items on the server and adds a crafter "Old Item"
ES.FixInventoryItems (Console) - Loops through all items of your current inventory and makes them "Old Item" crafter
ES.UnFixInventoryItems (Console) - Loops through all items of your current inventory and reverts "Old Item" crafter
