As far i know, you have to enable default survivor items und respawn. But, on my personal char, the holiday folder is never shown, until any event gets active.

Should so. The Implant duplicate is just in the eosid file and not visible to the players. Its not get downloaded and ereased on spawn.

Did you had a look into the chat? There should be a message like "4 bat implants removed". If this doesnt show up, try killing yourself and respawn
