I will repeat it here because Mr. Wooly decided for some reason that this review was unfair and deleted it.
But since I can't leave my negative feedback about working with the developer in the reviews section, I will leave it here, because this is a platform for discussion.

I would like to share my negative opinion about communicating with wooly.
At the beginning of last summer, my server often crashed due to some plugins, and I urgently needed a replacement. I actively tried to contact him to purchase the MAGA ORP plugin, as it could only be purchased from him personally, so I wrote to him on Discord.
As you can see in the screenshots, the first message was written on May 25, after which wooly sent me the MAGA ORP configuration, but that was the end of our communication, and he began to completely ignore me.
I wrote to him for another THREE months, until the beginning of August, and still did not receive an answer to my question about the purchase, so I urgently had to look for another developer to create a unique plugin.
And since there was nowhere else to leave a review except on wooly's Discord itself, I decided to leave it here.

Thank you for sharing your experience, I understand your frustration.

I want to clarify, respectfully:
  • I was on extended sick leave for four months spanning spring and summer, and during that time I had very limited capacity to respond, I only prioritized existing clients and critical support when I had energy to be at the PC.
  • I did reply to you from my phone initially. But I didn't have bandwidth to manage plugin sales at that time. As a result, your follow-up messages unfortunately went unseen. It was not personal. It was not intentional.
  • The plugin was never purchased or used, so your review was based on not receiving a response, not the plugin's function or support after sale, which is what reviews are typically for. I deleted the review for that reason.
But I have no problem with your message remaining here in the thread, now that you've reposted it. I've always let my work speak, and those who've worked with me over time know the standard I hold to.

You needed something urgently, and I wasn't available. That's unfortunate timing, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience it caused. I'm now fully back, and the work continues.

May your project succeed, truly.
