SpawnItem adds a console command to spawn items with random or fixed stats
Console command:
SpawnItem {blueprint} {quality} {force blueprint} {allowgrind} A[min:max] D[min:max] DU[min:max]
{quality} 1 to 5. Quality of the item.
{force blueprint} 0 or 1. 0 to give item, 1 to give blueprint
A[min:max] Optional value to set armor of the item, between min and max.
D[min:max] Optional value to set damage, between min and max.
DU[min:max] Optional value to set durability, between min and max.
